Demonstration Lesson Day

The big day is here! I will teach my Demonstration Lesson for the Writing Project! The lesson is on using names as subjects to practice on the writing process.
I am hoping it will be useful for every person in some way.
I also brought some Romanian food for my colleagues for lunch.

It's a Beautiful Day!

I am excited about starting a new day of learning about how to write and how to teach children to write! I have learned about tools that I can use, how to inspire the students to write, how to use the writer's notebook. I thought the demonstration lesson I have been a part of yesterday was very well built, prepared, and carried out. I got very emotional as she made us think about 'grandma's kitchen' and later on even more emotional while working on writing my piece about Michael Jackson, as I love his music and I am still not over his sudden, unexpected death, tough one year has passed since then.

Yes, it is hard work and it's tons of work, but I am very glad I joined this Writing Project.
